Details of rides organised by Derbyshire Sustrans Rangers. On previous rides we visited Ireland (North and South) in 2011, the outer Hebrides in 2013, Northumberland in 2015, Holland in 2016 and France in all the other years since 2010. Last year (2018) we went to the Isle of Man and this current year (2019) we head for Scotland
Yep, 1930. I'll bring my IGN maps. I am convinced that the Michelin maps, altho of a smaller scale, show almost all, if not all, of the roads.

I have not had brilliant luck with hostelries yet. Almost certainly, we will have to change some of the route in function of where the beds are! Since we are not now going as far as we originally thought, there will be slack in the route which will allow us to make alterations.
Update: I have found "Formule 1" hotels in some useful towns at under £30 a room. That's more like it! Cheap French hotels are usually a lot cheaper than here.
